Having a bit of fun with watercolours

I made the floral panel on this card by colouring in a Hero Arts background stamp with my Tombow markers.  Then I misted it with water, and pressed my water colour paper onto the stamp.  I then misted it with a mix of shimmer paint and Isocol (rubbing alcohol).  I really like how all the colours just flow into each other, so there are no harsh outlines :)  This is the first time I have tried this technique, but I think I'll be using it a lot in the future!
I hope you can make out the shimmer on the flowers and leaves - it looks so nice in real life, but just doesn't photograph that well :(
The colour scheme is from a ColourQ challenge  #96
And the Card sketch is from The Paper Players Challenge #57
