CASEing Kristina Werner

I saw THIS CARD at Kristina Werner's blog today, and I just HAD TO try it!  Her card is just so gorgeous, you have to check it out!!

Anyway, here's my try:
I used two sets from PaperTrey Ink - Delightful Dahlia, and Turning a New Leaf.  The sentiment is a teeny tiny stamp from Stampin' Up (that I think is discontinued).  I white heat embossed the flowers and leaves, and then added Distress Inks to the flowers in Victorian Velvet, Dusty Concord, Seedless Preserves and a little bit of Ripe Raspberry. The background is inked in a mixture of Pumice Stone and Victorian Velvet.   The strip of coloured cardstock is SU Purely Pomegranate (which I'm STILL annoyed that they discontinued!)
But, seriously, if you want to see how it's done, check out the video on Kristina Werner's blog HERE

 Thanks for visiting :)
