Happy birthday, Bethany!

I made two cards today, both of them for a friend about to turn 18.  I have made cards with both of these designs before - I just modified the colour scheme a bit.
This card used a stencil from Hero Arts, Distress Inks and a stamp set from Simon Says Stamp.  

This card has a sentiment from Hero Arts and flowers from a Wplus9 set.

    Your first card is inspiring me to get my stuff out again; I have the stencil and the stamp! I have had no mojo lately. I love that card! What colors did you choose? They look so nice.

      Hi, Kris, thanks for your kind words! The colours in the first card are spun sugar and milled lavender (is that the right name?) in the background, and then over the stencil I used Picked raspberry and dusty concord.
