CASEing a superstar - Debby Hughes

This week, I am celebrating my 1000th post to this blog!  YAY!

I'm  celebrating in two ways - firstly, I'm CASEing some of my all-time favourite cards over the next week - ones that I have pinned on Pinterest.  These are from some of my favourite card-making superstars.  Today's CASE is of a card by Debby Hughes.
Here's the card I CASEd

I couldn't stop at one CASE - so here's my second card!!
Here's the second way I'm celebrating - I thought I would do a giveaway :)

I have a bag full of goodies, including things from Hero Arts, Simon Says Stamp, Kaisercraft, Stickles, Basic Grey, My Minds Eye, The Twinery, Imaginisce, Pebbles, Prima, Uniball, Kuretake, and a couple of other goodies thrown in for good measure!
All you need to do for a chance to win this giveaway is fill in the Rafflecopter thingamajig below.  There are multiple ways to enter, and each one gives you an entry (or more than one)! I will announce the winner sometime in the week following the close of the Rafflecopter - you have until Friday, 14th August at 2pm AEST (that's 12am EST for my friends in the US and Canada, or 4am GMT for UK and European peeps.)

Many thanks to Debby Hughes for being so talented and such a sweetheart, and to Christine Drogt at Create a Smile and Jennifer McGuire at Online Card Classes for their generous sponsorship!

    1. Thanks for your comment, Denise - I have to admit, I am not generally a fan of making shaker cards! I like the result, but they tend to take me AGES to make!! (I'm too impatient!)

  11. Michelle, this ME set has been on my wish list for ages, and you've sealed my resolve: going to order it very soon (wish our Canadian $ was a little healthier!). Using the darling balloon-toting fox as your 'twist' on Debby's card: ingenious! Sweetness to the max! I follow you via Feedly...have been for quite a while!

  12. I won't lie, I was going to comment anyway, but an extra entry to the comp isn't a bad reason for me to comment anyway!
What on earth is a CASE? Sorry, I don't know this term...
Always being inspired by your creations!

    1. Thanks for your comment! CASE is a crafty acronym for Copy And Share Everything. The idea is that you take a sketch, or an idea, or a colour scheme, or some other element of a card (or more than one element) and make your own version - not exactly a copy.
