Baby Boy

A friend of mine had a gorgeous baby boy this week, and so I pulled out the baby stamps and got to work!

I'll be submitting this to Annabelle Stamps Blog Challenge - Say it in Shades of Blue and white.  I'll also be adding it to Lawnscaping's challenge - make your own patterned paper :)

Another baby card

Babies, babies everywhere!   Seems that a large proportion of my friends are either expecting, or have just welcomed a little bundle of joy!   Here's another baby card I made recently, with A Blog Named Hero's Kraft Challenge in my mind.

Similar, but different.....

I made this card using the same design idea as the last card I posted, but with different colours, and this time, I used HA alphabet stamps to do the sentiment.
I'll be submitting this to A Blog Named Hero for their new challenge, The Krafty Crafter ;)

Masculine card for ColourQ #149

New stamps!  Yay!  New Colour Q challenge! Yay!!
The hexagons are from Paper Smooches "Geo-Graphic", stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento.  I hand-wrote the letters with a Memento marker, as I don't have an alphabet set with capital letters the appropriate size.  The colours are Copics that are as close to the SU colours as I could get.

Square get well card

Managed to get some card making time today - hooray!  Thought I'd join in with this week's CASual Fridays challenge - square cards

Hearts and squares

Sorry I've been a blogland absentee for a few weeks - work, choir, family, etc etc etc. I've even got a package in the mail from Lawn Fawn and another from Simon Says Stamp that are laying UNOPENED!!  Does that tell you how busy I've been??!!! Shock horror!!

I made this card ages ago, using a sketch for a PaperCrafts publication call - forgot to post it until now!   Seeing as this week's challenge at A Blog named Hero is "Freestyle" - ie ANYTHING you choose! - I thought I'd join in.  It may not look obvious, but I used a Hero Arts folded notecard for this card, with a couple of punches, some glitter paper, Copics to colour the hearts, some Distress Ink to colour the squares, and a stamp from SU.

I hope you're having a great day - thanks for visiting :)
