For my birthday last month, my brother and sister and their families sent me a lovely arrangement of flowers. The flowers were in an oversized teacup, and the whole thing arrived in a white hatbox. You know when you have boxes ,you need to get rid of them, right? But you also know that sometimes, you can't, because it's a good box, right? Well, this was the situation I was in - it was a good box, I didn't have a particular use for it, BUT IT WAS A GOOD BOX!!!! So I had to do something about it. I got out my Christmas Holiday Basics 12x12 paper from Paper Rose, my paper trimmer, glue, and some red glitter paper from my stash, and I got busy!
(there's a pic of the original box at the end)
Today, I'm sharing a card using Build a Garden Blossoming Trio set from Altenew - and I have a discount code to share on my YouTube channel!
Last week, I shared a ducky card using the Darling Duckies layering stencils from Simon Says Stamp. Today, I'm sharing another, but using the coordinating dies that come with the embossing folder.

Today, I'm sharing a card I made using the Leaning Lily outline stamp set from Altenew. I added a stenciled background using the Deco Diamonds Builder stencil. I'm kind of proud of myself - I used purple and orange in the same card that's not a rainbow! LOL!

Today, I'm sharing a baby card I made using the oh-so-cute Darling Duckies layering stencils from Simon Says Stamp. I used a word die also from Simon (sadly discontinued).

Today, I'm sharing a card I made using the Sketched Florals layering stamp set from Altenew. I created a background using the Making Moments press plate, and added a sentiment from One Go solid sentiment strips 3.

Today, I'm sharing a third card I made using the new Home for the Holidays release from Hero Arts. I love a non-traditional colour scheme from Christmas, but orange and brown is a bit out of my comfort zone! Oranges and cinnamon call for it, though! I added some glitter in the wreath for some sparkle.

I just had to make another Santa card using the new Spectacular Christmas - Spectacular Santa from Spellbinders. I decided to give him a Christmas pudding from the Spectacular Bear set, and used a sentiment from the new release.
