This is the card I Cased: 

Using Ardyth's LIMES technique: 

List:  Red and white diagonal stripes, stripes over entire card, floral outline stamp white embossed on vellum in centre of card, gold birthday sentiment on small circle

Include: floral outline stamp white embossed on vellum

Modify: Red, pink and green diagonal stripes, stripes over half of card

Exclude: gold birthday sentiment on circle

Spin: Christmas!

Hot foiled background

 I bought this hot foil cover plate from Crafty Meraki a little while ago, but this is the first time I've used it. It's so pretty all by itself, but I added some ombre shading as well. I finished with a sentiment from Darkroom Door.

 I am very lucky to have some crafty friends who let me borrow their goodies! I had supreme luck recently when one friend let me borrow this hot foil plate, and then a different friend came over on a different day and let me borrow the matching stencils! Thanks, Deb and Melissa!

Colors: Cornucopia (go and google "Wedgwood Cornucopia". Go ahead - I'll wait!)

Element: Rhymes with "-ake"

Random: Gold

The sentiment on the inside says "you're the icing on the cake" (which rhymes with "ake")
