Old meets new for A Blog Named Hero

Compensated affiliate links may be used - these are at no extra cost to you. I appreciate your support!

The January Stay Crafty Challenge with A Blog Named Hero is "Everything old is new again". I was asked to make a card for a friend of a friend, and she asked for a musical themed baby card for baby Allegra. I used the December 2022 My Monthly Hero kit, along with the December 2023 My Monthly Hero kit, plus the letter A-D Fancy Dies and the Collage Backgrounds Hero Transfers set.

Hero Arts Holiday 2023 catalogue release blog hop

Compensated affiliate links may be used - these are at no extra cost to you. I appreciate your support!

Today, we're hopping to celebrate the release of the holiday catalogue from Hero Arts! You should have come here from Lounon's blog post!

We'll be giving away two $50 gift cards, drawn from the comments left along the hop. Comment on all the blogs for more chances to win! You have until Thursday, August 31 at 11:59pm to enter. The winners will be announced on the Hero Arts blog. The list of stops on the hop is below.
I made two cards today - one Christmas card, one art deco inspired!

For this card, I stenciled the Art Deco Dancing Light Stencil with Embossing and Watermark ink, then embossed it with gold embossing powder. I then sprayed my panel with the new Black + Shimmer Tone-on-Tone Metallic Spray.

The next stop on the hop is the one and only Cathy Zielske - I can't wait to see what she has created!

Here is the complete list of stops on the hop today:
