Happy Stamptember - Hero Arts!

Today, I'm joining in with all of the fun of Stamptember for Simon Says Stamp! They very kindly sent me this Hero Arts collaboration stamp set, and of course, I went rainbow. I also returned to my first cardmaking love - Clean and Simple!

Sympathy cards

I recently needed some sympathy cards, so I dived into my UFO pile to find some backgrounds, and die cut some leaves to create these three cards.

Magnolia pattern

I've been waiting to get my hands on this gorgeous Magnolia Pattern stamp and stencil set from PinkFresh Studio. It's late winter here, and the magnolias are in bloom, and they always remind me of my Gran - she had two beautiful magnolia trees in her front yard. I paired it up with a word die from Simon Says Stamp.

CASE it hop

Today, I'm taking part in the CASE it hop on Instagram with this card:

I CASEd these cards by Kelly Made It on Instagram. I recreated the white outlines on her cards with white embossing instead of a die, and I used zig markers and water instead of paper piecing.

A rainbow of birthday cards

Compensated affiliate links may be used - these are at no extra cost to you. I appreciate your support!

I've been making cards to donate to the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre here in Melbourne. I recently had some crafty friends over for a crafternoon, so I set to work with the Seamless Floral Panel layering stencils from Pinkfresh Studio (I think these are discontinued, sadly) and a rainbow of Distress Oxide inks. I finished the cards with sentiments from Simon Says Stamp and Concord & 9th.

Golden birthday card

I recently bought the Cloud 9 metallic inks from Lisa Horton Crafts , and decided I needed to try the blackout technique on this gorgeous embossing folder from Spellbinders using the Solid Gold ink. I finished the card with a stamped sentiment from Simon Says Stamp
