Today, I'm sharing another card using stamps from the February release from Hero Arts. I combined stamps from the Hero Studio Kit of the month with the clear stamp and dies of the month.

Wistful fox for Paper Rose

Compensated affiliate links may be used - these are at no extra cost to you. No posts are paid or sponsored. I appreciate your support!

Today, I'm sharing a wistful-looking fox for Paper Rose.

I stamped and coloured the Frankie the Fox clear stamp - I extended the line to the right of the image so that it would stretch across the bottom of my card, and I fussy cut him out. I took two pieces of white cardstock and cut one with the Cloud Coverplate die, and one with the Pierced Cloud Coverplate. I ink blended all over the pierced one, adhered it to my card front, and adhered the fox image to the bottom. I took three of the clouds from the Cloud coverplate, stamped a sentiment on one, and then adhered them to look like Frankie the Fox is daydreaming.

Missing you loads

I've been making and sending a lot of "hello" cards lately, seeing as I can't say hello to my friends in person.

I made a background using a Gel press, a brayer, Distress Oxide inks and a background stamp from Hero Arts (sadly discontinued).  I finished with a die cut sentiment from Pink and Main, and a sentiment strip from Paper Rose.

Rainbow miss you

I have one more card for you using the new Miss You Block die from the Good Vibes release from Simon Says Stamp:
You know I love rainbows! I created a rainbow using scraps of coloured cardstock, then stamped and clear embossed the Flora background stamp (also from Simon Says Stamp). I then cut the Miss You Block die from black cardstock, put a small piece of vellum behind it, and adhered it to the rainbow. Nice and CAS, but a bit of detail, too.

Miss you - Simon Says Stamp Good Vibes release

I am so excited to have received this little die in the mail from Simon Says Stamp today! It is from the Good Vibes release that is available today. This die goes so well with detailed backgrounds that I love so much!
I added the "Miss You Block" die cut over the top of an alcohol ink and foil background. I then stamped part of a sentiment from "Thoughtful Messages" onto a strip of black cardstock and white embossed it. I finished with a few gold, blue and green sequins.

1 stencil, 2 cards

I made 2 cards recently, by inking up a new (to me) Hero Arts stencil, but then making 2 impressions from that stencil without re-inking.
Here's the first card:
I coloured in the "bold floral stencil" with some Distress Markers, and then spritzed with some water, and then some Perfect Pearls mist. I then placed some watercolour paper over the top and pressed all over to get a good transfer of colour.  The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp.
I then took the same stencil, without cleaning it, and sprayed some more water over the top, before placing another piece of watercolour card over the top.  This resulted in a much more soft and subtle image, perfect for a sympathy card.
The sentiment on this card is a stamp I have had for a VERY long time, from Stamps Happen Inc. I embossed the black sentiment to add a bit more interest, and added some pearls.
