Using Ardyth's LIMES technique: 

List:  Betterpress plate, blue background, colouring with stencils, gold sentiment, floral

Include: Betterpress plate, blue, stencils, floral

Modify: blue background created with copic markers, not betterpress plate, Die cut sentiment 

Exclude: gold sentiment
