Are you making lots of hello or miss you cards at the moment? I am.
I made the panel using a gel press - I picked up ink I had brayered onto a gel press with stamps from Altenew and stamped them onto a white card base (I took a print from the gel press as well, but that's a card for another day!)
Today, I am sharing three cards I made, all very similar, but slightly different.
For this first one, I used alcohol inks in blue and green, and the sentiment dies are all white. I removed some of the ink using lift ink over a geometric stencil - you can see it if you look closely!
Fir the 2nd card, I used the same colours of ink, but added gold foil, and cut the birthday die from gold foil cardstock.

Today, Simon Says Stamp and Paper Rose have collaborated to produce a limited edition stamp set for Stamptember, and I've made 2 cards!
I used my Copics to colour these pink poppies , then fussy cut them and layered them. I used an ink blending tool and the Stacked Blocks stencil to add some Distress Oxide ink in the background. I added some white gel pen to the anthers to make them stand out.
I coloured these flowers and leaves using ink blending tools, using Distress Oxide inks. I fussy cut them out before arranging them over a card base that I had stenciled on. I added the Happy birthday sentiment, and then added dots of white gel pen over the stamens of the poppies to help then stand out.
I used a quick but effective technique on my cards for Paper Rose Studios today.
I took four ink cubes from Paper Rose and swiped them across the bottom half of a top folding white card base. I then cut the Rose Bloom die from some white cardstock and adhered it over the top. I finished with a sentiment from Black and White Sentiment Sheets.
But I couldn't stop at one!
I made a video, too - it's on the Paper Rose You Tube channel
Thanks for visiting :)Welcome to a new challenge at Fusion!
I made a loose interpretation of the sketch, using a background of alcohol inks and gilded alloy on Yupo, with a border cut with a die from Simon Says Stamp, and a sentiment from Uniquely Creative.
It's the 14th, which means it is release day for Picket Fence Studios! Hooray! I have a slimline card to share today, using two new stamps from Picket Fence. There's a lot to love in this release, so I have listed all of the new products below!
Also, this post is part of a blog hop for this month's release, so make sure you check out all of the details below! There are two $50 shopping sprees up for grabs!
I made a video showing how I made this card - you can watch it on the Picket Fence Studios YouTube channel, and it's embedded below!
While we're talking about slimline cards, I have a couple more to share!
For this one, I used the Chase Me repeating stamp. I white embossed it and then watercoloured a rainbow over the top. I finished with a Hello die cut sentiment.
And I wasn't finished with rainbows (am I ever?)
I wanted a pastel rainbow, so I added Snowdrop white paper glaze over the slimline broken fence stencil, then added a rainbow of colour over the top (I mixed each colour with a bit of snowdrop white to tone the colours down, too). I wasn't done with the rainbow, though - I added a rainbow of sequins from 6 different sequin mixes! I finished with a sentiment from the Stamptember collaboration stamp set from Picket Fence Studios and Simon Says Stamp.
I will have more cards to share using other products from this release in the coming weeks - stay tuned!
Here's the list of the stops on today's hop! Remember, there are two $50 vouchers to Picket Fence Studios up for grabs!

Happy Stamptember!
I started with a panel of Yupo, coloured with Alcohol Inks and gold foil. I then stamped and gold embossed the sentiment from the "I am with you" stamp set onto a strip of vellum and wrapped it around the Yupo so that the adhesive would be hidden. I adhered the hole panel to a side-folding card base.
