Craft Roulette #136

I joined in with Craft Roulette on Saturday morning. The parameters were: 

Project: Tic Tac Toe

Colours: Violet, Red +2 (I used orange and yellow)

Element: Leaves

Random: Fringe

 I used a very old stamp from Stampin' Up, embossed with white embossing powder onto watercolour paper, then coloured with Nuance powders. The sentiment is from Taylored Expressions (if you look closely, I cut the ends of the sentiment banner into a fringe)

New release from WOW! Embossing

 There's a new release from WOW! Embossing today! I decided to use the three Silk Road embossing powders with the three Ancient Orient embossing powders all together on this card. I embossed squares in a variety of sizes, and the used a sentiment from Papertrey Ink.

Five quick cards for Paper Rose

Today, I'm sharing a bunch of super simple cards, using patterned paper and foiled sentiments from Paper Rose. 

I cut pieces of paper from the Peony Garden 6x6 Paper Collection to fit my card front (some cover the entire card front, some are just a panel). I then chose a sentiment from the gold foiled sentiment sheet in the Darling Dahlias 12x12 Paper Collection for each card, cut it out and matted it on some blue or pink cardstock to match the patterned paper background. I adhered the sentiment on foam tape to add some dimension.
