Finished in Feb #3

One more card using things from my UFO pile for Donna Lewis' Finished In Feb challenge! This was a very quick card to make - the yupo panel with a rainbow of alcohol inks was already in my UFO pile, as was the die cut heart. The sentiment is a foiled and die cut sentiment that I have pre-made (I have heaps of them in ziploc bags!), so all I needed to do was adhere these to a card base and add some embellishments! Easy peasy!

Finished in February #2

Here's another card I made to join in with Donna Lewis' Finished in February challenge! I had this die cut panel in my UFO pile (held together with some Press n Seal), so I added some ink blending and some die cuts (and glitter and shine never go astray!)

Stay Crafty - daffodils

Compensated affiliate links may be used - these are at no extra cost to you. I appreciate your support!

This month's Stay Crafty Challenge with a Blog Named Hero is "Build me up, Buttercup" - use a floral image. I've used the February layering stencils of the month , along with a sentiment stamp from this month's Hero Studio kit. This layering stencil sold out within 2 days of release, so I've made a 2nd card that is a CASE of the first, using older products from Hero Arts.

Finished in Feb

Compensated affiliate links may be used - these are at no extra cost to you. I appreciate your support!

My friend Donna set herself a challenge to go through her UFO pile (UnFinished Objects) and make some cards with them. I have an embarrassingly large UFO Pile, so I'm joining in with Donna!

I found amongst my UFOs a panel of watercolour paper that I had stamped and white embossed with a background stamp from Impression Obsession. I added some colour with Zig markers and sprayed with water. I cut the panel in half (gotta love a good two for one moment!) and added a die cut and layered sentiment from Paper Rose.

On Wednesday, I shared a card using a rainbow of cardstock cut and arranged using the Sun Rays Die from Waffle Flower.

You didn't honestly expect me to stop at just one, did you?

For this card, I highlighted the sunrays using faux stitching, and added a sentiment die cut from glitter cardstock. Some black enamel dots were the finishing touch!

CASE it Hop

Compensated affiliate links may be used - these are at no extra cost to you. I appreciate your support!

Today, I'm taking part in the CASE it hop on Instagram - I have CASEd a card by Meg Brooks!

I used alcohol inks over silver glitter cardstock, and then added some die cuts from the February release from Hero Arts.
This is the card I CASEd (posted here with Meg's permission) - you can find her IG post HERE

I included the alcohol ink and the die cut sentiment. I added glitter paper and excluded white space. I changed the butterflies to a ladybird, and I changed the black border to white. (The ladybird is part of a die set that is only available with the entire Hero Studio release)

Make sure to visit my Instagram account to follow along with all the stops on the hop!

Mini Slimline fancy fold card for Paper Rose

Compensated affiliate links may be used - these are at no extra cost to you. I appreciate your support!

Today, I'm sharing a fun fold card using the Candy Treats suite of products from Paper Rose Studio.

I created a mini-slimline Z fold card with an angled front from white cardstock. I chose patterned paper from the Candy Kisses 6x6 paper collection and cut three different pieces to cover the 3 panels of my folded card, allowing a small white border. I chose a striped teacup with macarons (yum!) from the Candy Treats Embossed die cuts set, and adhered it to the front panel. I cut a sentiment from the patterned paper and adhered it with foam tape to the front panel.
