Craft Roulette #172 has these parameters:

Project: Z-fold Card
Colors: Any Colors
Element: Old (I used an old stamp set from Mama Elephant)
Random: Something from my MESK! (a monoprint that I made using a gel press and a stencil that has been sitting unused in a folder on my desk for a couple of years!)

CAS tulips for Paper Rose

Today, I'm sharing a clean and simple card for Paper Rose.

I created the rainbow using alcohol pearls on yupo. I cut a panel of white cardstock the same size as my card front and die cut the Tulip Border 1 die from the left side of the panel. I stamped the happy birthday sentiment on the right side of the panel before adhering the yupo and the die cut panel to my card base.
