Welcome to a new challenge at CAS-ual Fridays Challenge!
I created a rainbow using inks from Catherine Pooler, cut the piece on a curve to create an alternative rainbow, and added a simple sentiment from CAS-ual Fridays "Whole Shebang".

Fusion: St Paddy's Day
Welcome to a new challenge at Fusion!
I went with the photo inspiration this time. I used the Blooming Bunch stamp set from Studio Katia, white embossed onto watercolour card, coloured with Zigs and mounted onto a yellow note card from Hero Arts.
Make sure you check out all the rest of the inspiration at the Fusion challenge blog, and play along with your own creation!
I'll be sharing this card at Simon Says Stamp for their "Anything Goes" challenge.

Rainbow birthday
Still working on building up my birthday card stash, and who doesn't like a rainbow?
I painted a rainbow background using Distress Oxide inks, then cut some square frames using a die from Poppy Stamps from white cardstock and placed them over the colours. I added a white embossed sentiment from Hero Arts on a strip of black cardstock, some Wink of Stella inside the squares, and a scattering of clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

Just saying hello
I've made a few cards recently with a background that covers a whole card. I'm kind of missing my white space, so I cut this background down.
I used the Layered Pansies background stamp from Impression Obsession, white embossed then watercoloured with Zig markers. I cut the panel down first with a stitched rectangle die, then with a stitched circle die, both from Lil' Inkers. I adhered it to a top folding card, then added the sentiment from Hero Arts (I mounted it onto my acrylic block on a curve to match the coloured panel.

Hello
I wanted to see if I could emboss over an alcohol ink background created on Yupo. The answer is yes.
I had to keep my heat tool moving constantly, because the Yupo started to warp if I left the heat on any one spot for too long. The background was created with alcohol inks, with a gold mixative, and I added gold foil over the top, which stuck to the slightly sticky parts of the alcohol inks (I learned this trick from Jenny Colacicco.) I stamped the flowers from Wplus9 "Kind Soul" in Versamark, then embossed with gold embossing powder from Hero Arts. I fussy cut around the image, adhered it to a white card base, then stamped and gold embossed the sentiment from the same stamp set.
