Snowflakes and a penguin!
I had this tag left over from a crafty session with my friend Anne Marie a few weeks ago, so I decided to put it onto a card.
I'll be submitting this card to The Paper Players Snowflake challenge and to Simon Says Stamp Christmassy challenge.
