I used the Beautiful Bouquet Ranunculus stamp from Wplus9, along with the Avery Elle With Sympathy set. I decided I liked it enough to make it in a few different colours. I used my MISTI to stamp the flowers and sentiment in Versamark ink, and then carefully added coloured embossing powder to the sentiment (Blush from Zing, Rose Gold from Simon Says Stamp, and Liquid Platinum from Ranger), and Hero Arts white embossing powder to the flowers, then heat setting both. I then coloured the image with Distress markers, and then sprayed the watercolour paper with water to blend the colours, before heat setting. Most of the card bases are from Hero Arts (except the purple one, with is Stampin' Up cardstock).
Which colour is your favourite?
I'll be sharing these cards at Simon Says Stamp's Wednesday challenge - Fabulous Florals!

Stunning! It's not easy to keep the colors soft with Zig, I find. But your renditions are beautiful! Thanks so much for playing Simon Says Stamp Wednesday “Fabulous Florals” Challenge! Beautiful colors and design. Well done!
ReplyDeleteAll so beautiful, love the softness of them all. My favourite if I had to choose is the blue/mauve.
