Rain or Shine

I was inspired by a card by Cathy Zielske in today's Online Card Class:
I used some nesting circle dies for the rainbow, and Stitched Cloud Border die from Lawn Fawn. The sentiment is from My Favorite Things. 
I thought it needed some shine, but I didn't want to add sequins, so I sprayed the rainbow with some Perfect Pearls Powder in water.

    Lovely, shimmery card. I really like how the rainbow is tucked into the clouds and the ink blending you did behind the uppermost cloud. Great card!
