Today, the Hero Arts Global Team is hopping to celebrate the launch of the summer catalogue! (more details about a prize to be won below!)
I have two cards to share, one made with a layering stencil, one with a stand-alone stencil, and both using the Luggage Lowercase Alphabet fancy dies.
For the first card, I first stenciled each layer with Unicorn White pigment ink before adding reactive ink over the top. I added some white Hero Pearls to the dots and the flower centres.
There's a $50 gift card to be won, comment by Sunday, June 4. Winner will be pulled from
the comments left across all of the blogs. Winner will be announced on
the Hero Arts blog.
They are both beautiful Michelle! I love the striking black card and I also adore the pretty colours on the second card. I am adding those alpha dies to my next order... haha! xx
ReplyDeleteThey both look so pretty Michelle ! I really like the contrast between your dark panel and bright pink letters :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful backgrounds! I LOVE the colors and sentiments!
ReplyDeleteStunning cards Michelle! I just love the dark background one with the bright letters! *chef's kiss*
ReplyDeleteBoth cards are fantastic. I never would have thought to stencil with dark colors, but it makes for a striking card. The lighter colors really make the die-cut letters stand out. Both for a win.
ReplyDeleteWonderful cards! I love the beautiful background designs and the alpha set you used for the sentiments!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards! Wonderful seeing the difference the same letter dies make with different techniques on the cards.. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards! Love the colors and sentiments.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
super cards - love your color choice
ReplyDeleteLOVE the dark cardstock with white pigment ink. This is just fantastic!
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle. On your first card I like the dark colors and off-set, “HELLO”. It reminds me of printed velvet. I will have to try that. The second card is color blended beautifully.
ReplyDeleteSuch a great idea to stamp first in white pigment then stamp over it. The alphabet die set is such a good one to have.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards--I especially love the result that you achieved with Unicorn white and Reactive inks on the Summer Bloom stencil card!!
ReplyDeleteI like the backgrounds you created for these pretty cards.
ReplyDeleteFantastic cards! I love the happy birthday sentiment with different colours for the letters!
