Rainbow birthday
This panel has been sitting on my desk for almost a year, waiting to be made into a card!
The panel was made using Catherine Pooler inks, then stamped over with a Hero Arts background stamp (Wallpaper Pattern Bold Prints) sprayed with Perfect Pearls in water, and then a few extra splatters of perfect pearls in water. All I did to finish it off was to add a sentiment from Simon Says Stamp in Versafine Onyx Black, adhered it to a white card base and added a few black enamel dots. Done!
