Happy birthday bouquet

You've got to look closely at this one..... (there is a name for this technique - I just don't know what it is.)
I used the Hello Lovely bouquet from Concord & 9th, coloured with Copics, along with the Happy die set from Honey Bee Stamps, and the birthday stamp from Altenew.
I will be sharing this card at "Where Creativity meets C9" for their "sparkle and shine" challenge. It's a little bit hard to see the sparkle, but I added Wink of Stella to the Happy die cut, and then covered it with Glossy Accents to add heaps of shine.
