A colour scheme, a sketch and a challenge!

Week 2, day 4 of Online Card Classes Summer Card Camp 2 - I haven't been able to participate much (stoopid sore back), but there was a challenge set today, and I love a challenge, so I gritted my teeth and got inky!

The challenge was to use holiday themed product on a non-holiday card. On this card, I used Christmas stamps from Stampin' Up, Christmas patterned paper from My Mind's Eye "Lost and Found Christmas" paper pad, and PaperTrey Ink's Holiday die (I cut the "holi" bit off and just used the "day"). I stuck to this week's class colour scheme, and I used the sketch from Moxie Fab World's Birthday week sketch challenge.

  2. A lovely card.....I am so behind this time in Camp and wish I had time and the stamina to create. We are having another horrible heatwave and the weather has really affected my Fibro...my whole body is achy and tired!! Praying it ends soon, so that I don's MISS much more! :)
