Wooden leaves!

Yep, these leaves are made of wood veneer - I just love this stuff!  I got mine from Simon Says Stamp, and I will be getting some more, I think!
I inked the coloured panel with Barn Door, Wild Honey and Antique Linen Distress inks. The leaf dies are from Impression Obsession, and the sentiment is Hero Arts.
I'll be submitting this card to Addicted to CAS "Autumn" Challenge, and to  Moxie Fab's "Metal, Wood and Cork" Challenge.

    Hi Michelle --- Nice to see you and have a moment to stop in and say hi!! I love this fall card and saw it over in the Gallery at CC102, which I am also taking, of course!! It will be nice to see you in class and I also enjoy seeing you at A Blog Named Hero and on FB too!

    Hope you are doing well and all set for the class! Not sure what season you are currently experiencing in Australia, but if I remember right, it may be Spring...as I think you have Summer when we have Winter. I dread winter, so it would be fun to head your way for the next several months and come back here, where our Spring is ready to arrive!!

    Great card Michelle. Love your sponged panel. If you can get hold of some sheets of wood veneer (hardware store?) it's really easy to die cut your own shapes. Thanks so much for joining our challenge at A2CAS.
