Fusion # 19
When I looked at the inspiration photo, I thought of the mirror cardstock I have from Tom Holtz. I coloured in a piece with 3 different pink Copics to get a kind of streaky ombre look. I managed to die cut it, but I don't recommend it - it was quite thick, and didn't cut all the way through, so I ended up cutting around the butterflies with scissors.
Please come and visit us at Fusion and join in with this cool inspiration!
Thanks for visiting :)

Love your butterflies Michelle - super cute & perfect for City Crafter Butterfly Challenge & CASology 3 challenges too!
ReplyDeleteThis is FANTASTIC, I LOVE the colored mirror paper colored in copics to mimic the sheen on the car, wow, so creative. That is terrible when the dies don't cut certain papers like we like... like on some glitter papers, too...bummer, though you can NOT tell at all by this beautiful card, I looked close too, you can't tell at all you used scissors!!! SUPER Job!!!
