Birthday splash

I have a clean and simple card to share with you today, using the Splash stencil from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous, and a sentiment stamp from Wplus9.

 I'll be sharing this card at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge, where their theme is Birthday. Happy Birthday, Simon Says Stamp!
