Pastel birthday bouquet

This was one of those cards that I had no idea what I was doing when I started making it, but I'm happy with where I ended up!
I started with watercolour cardstock, and ink-smooshed some Distress Oxide inks onto it. I then added the stamp from Concord and 9th and coloured it with Copic markers. A white die-cut sentiment layered on vellum, a strip of black cardstock and a few sequins and I was done!
