Just a note

Dawn Woleslagle taught a technique in the last Online Card Class using a gel press (or the back of a large photopolymer stamp). And then Lydia Fiedler's FB live sessions happened, and I bought myself a gel press. SOOOOOO addictive!

I added Distress Oxide inks to a gel plate, spread it out with a brayer, then stamped onto it (I used a discontinued stamp from Hero Arts, but you could use almost any stamp for this technique). I then pressed my cardstock onto the gell plate and removed it to get this gorgeous panel. I added a blue panel that I had leftover from another card (I'd sprayed the panel with water using a stencil from Paper Rose), and cut it with the Hello Topper die from Birch Press. I finished with a white embossed sentiment from Clearly Besotted.

Thanks for visiting :)
