Stretch your stamps - Day 5, card 2

This week's CASual Friday challenge is to use strips of colour or pattern - I thought I'd try to combine that with a technique I learned from Sue Madex, to make a paper patchwork out of Lawn Fawn papers, as well as inking up my sentiment a little differently.  I finished off with some flowers from Sassafras.

  1. What a beautiful card. I like the patchwork styles that remind me of the quilts my grandmother used to make. Tilting it was a great idea to add even more interest. Nicely done!

  6. Good Morning, Every time I check on the cards in the class and run across your blog, I smile back at you. You have the prettiest smile and look like a wonderful person as I'm sure you are. I also love your cards. Have a wonderful day. I haven't been able to do any cards yet, as I'm in between 2 vacations..
