I decided to CASE a card by Lisa Stein - she used a stencil and created a background by inking over the stencil with Versamark ink, then embossing with white embossing powder. She then watercoloured over the embossing, before adding a sentiment white embossed on black cardstock. You can see her card HERE.
Here's my take:
I used the Spiral Stencil from Hero Arts, along with Zig markers to add a rainbow of soft colour. I then added a sentiment from the Neat and Tangled set, Kindness Matters.
