Challenge me a Christmas Card with Kelly Latevola

Welcome to "Challenge me a Christmas Card" for 2019! I have asked cardmaking friends to join me in the lead up to Christmas by challenging me to make a card using a specific style, theme, technique or product.

My guest for today is Kelly Latevola of You and your Big Dreams. has challenged me to make a card with non-traditional Christmas colours.

You can check out her take on the challenge HERE

Here's what I came up with:

I used a border die from Hero Arts to create a mask, and used Picket Fence Studios Life Changing Blender Brushes to add Distress Oxide inks in Worn Lipstick, Wilted Violet and Blueprint Sketch. I sprayed it with Perfect Pearls in water to give some shine. I then added a stamped sentiment from Simon Says Stamp.

 Thanks for visiting :)

  1. Gorgeous, I love that die, great idea to use it as a mask!
