I have a rainbow card to share today for Paper Rose Studio:
I embossed the mandala with gold embossing powder, then added a rainbow using watercolour pigment powders. I matted the panel with a thin border of black, and added the die cut sentiment in gold, white and black. 
I made a video to show how I made this - all the products used are listed below.
