Congrats for CASual fridays

Here's another card that follows the sketch from CASual Fridays this week.  It is a congrats card for my friend, Janet, who has just completed her Masters degree - with flying colours!
I wanted to make the background stand out a tiny bit more, so I put some Crystal Effects dots here and there, and also some Stickles in Rock Candy - not exactly glitter glue, looks more like salt or sugar crystals when it's dry.

    Love the CAS. Your friend will be thrilled, as well as being happy who's finished her degree. She deserves all the sparkles you gave her.
