Week 1, card 2 Holiday card boot camp
For this ornament, I stamped it in Real Red ink from Stampin' Up and then covered it with red Perfect Pearls powder for some sheen.
Also submitting this to CASual Fridays - over the edge challenge

The embossing folder you chose is just perfect for this card--love it!
ReplyDeleteLove how you combined the two inspiration projects! Lovely card.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card.
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle --- I am as thrilled as you to be back in camp!! I love both your cards and also thought about using the Ornament Stamp on mine. I also own the embossing folder that you choose and think it's perfect! Wish I had thought of that one! But, there are always MORE card to make!!
ReplyDeleteI'm a fan of Memory Box dies and really LOVE them! I was lucky enough to have had the chance to take a class with Dave himself, when he taught at my LSS in August. I bought a few new ones, with the discount codes for class too!
My latest purchase was a Silhouette Cameo, which I just bought two weeks ago and it's worked out to be a great bonus for class -- despite some initial problems. I wanted to be able to cut SVG files again and there are so many freebies online, but with Cricut making it impossible I decided my next machine would be a Silhouette! I knew both Kristina and Jennifer had highly recommended one, so I bought the new version as an early Christmas gift.
Happy to hear from you and thanks for letting me know about your Yahoo name! :)
Happy Creating!! I hope to make one more card today, but I'm getting a bit tired and it's already starting to get dark! YUK!!
Someone like Jennifer McGuire tweeting about your card is like meeting a celebrity! In our world, she is a celebrity! Congratulations! :)
