Another Kickstart challenge

I'm trying to challenge myself this week, as part of the Kickstart Online Card Class.  For this card, I challenged myself to use only scraps that I already had cut and stamped.  The white panel was already stamped from a few months ago (I made some square cards that you can see here), the ribbon was already cut, the stamped banner had been stamped and cut for another card but replaced, the mat behind the stamped panel was a scrap - the only completely new thing is the card base!
I gave this card to my friend Anne for her birthday on Tuesday - happy birthday, Anne!

  1. Michelle, This is lovely!!! Sometimes I think that "using the scraps from my desk" is, in fact, my signature style and they often turn out to be some of my favorite cards.

for what it's worth, I would hardly call your card of two days ago a "failure". I've yet to see a card of yours I did not admire! Glad to see you are enjoying the Kick Start class. :)
