Challenge me a Christmas Card with Lydia Fiedler

Welcome to "Challenge me a Christmas Card" for 2018!
My guest today is Lydia Fiedler, and she has challenged me to make a card using acrylic paint. You can check out her take on this challenge HERE.

Here's what I came up with:
I put blobs of acrylic paint (blue, green and gold from Jo Sonia paints) onto a heavy weight piece of cardstock, and spread it around in swirls using a small offcut of the same cardstock. I then cut the gold cardstock using the stained glass coverplate die from Catherine Pooler Designs, adhered it to the blue-green panel, and cut off the excess. I cut the ornament hanger using the small die from the Radiant Ornament from Birch Press Designs, then added a sentiment from Hero Arts layered on a piece of vellum.
Thanks for visiting :)
