Welcome to "Challenge me a Christmas Card" for 2019! I have asked cardmaking friends to join me in the lead up to Christmas
by challenging me to make a card using a specific style, theme,
technique or product.
My guest for today is Jenny Dix. Jenny has challenged me to make a card with the theme "Tropical".
You can check out her take on the challenge HERE.
Here's what I came up with:
I used the trees from a Lawn Fawn set, "Critters from the past", but I bent the stamps to make the trees curve away from each other. The baubles are from Winnie and Walter. I hand-drew the string holding the baubles, and coloured them and the trees with Copic markers. I used masking paper and blended Distress Inks to create the edge of the sand and sky, and added some dots of copic markers on the sand. The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp.
Thanks for visiting :)
